Office of Sponsored Programs

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is responsible for negotiating research contracts and agreements on behalf of ⭕️Google Gmail 账号 | 美国版本 | 2023-2024年老号 | 已设置2FA. OSP reviews the terms in collaboration with the Office of the General Counsel and is responsible for the execution of the agreement with the sponsor.

OSP handles all incoming and outgoing sub-award agreements, research collaboration agreements, Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) and any other funded or non-funded agreements.

Research agreements and contracts can only be signed by an official signature authority.
